Mahmood Iqbal is the President and CEO of one of the large home health care agencies, providing skilled care services to the residents of 59 counties in the State of Indiana. He started the agency in 2007 and so far agency has created 380 new jobs in Indiana and now it has become the first Employee owned Home health care agency in the State. The company has a care beyond basic concept of health care that provides many services to senior and most vulnerable population in the comfort of their homes and in assisted living settings that sometimes are not covered by any insurances. The focus of the Agency is to provide evidence based clinical care to achieve best patients outcomes while providing extraordinary customer service. Home Health Care Solutions is the preferred provider of 18 hospitals and 50 nursing homes in Indiana due it’s exceptional care and keeping patients out of the hospitals which is reducing cost of Medicare and Medicaid.
Mahmood is a poet of Urdu language and has a passion for humanity at large and has been part of Hassan Foundation USA, a foundation that provides clean water hand pumps and electric pumps in the remote areas of Pakistan and Haiti. Foundation also assists water crisis in certain areas of Michigan along with clothing and food services for homeless in Detroit and other countries. He is also the founding member of Hoosier Crescent Free Health Clinic, a Muslim sponsored health clinic in Indianapolis.
